Life As Thank You – 11

Dear Joel,

For 2016 I decided to write an old-school thank you note each week. So this week I want to tell you how thankful I am for you and for the privilege to work with you. Thank you for loving junior high kids so well. Having spent the bulk of my career with this culture group, I have a special place for others who minister to them with care for their unique needs. Thank you for setting a godly example and for your kind, gentle and snarky way with them! A Perfect blend!

Thank you for your encouragement and ongoing support. I am grateful to have the 2 best bosses at EvFree! Thank you for including me and affirming me and for the way you create a community! I cannot say enough about how you helped me move, for your care outside of work for my family, for teaching me Marbles; unbelievable and I am forever grateful.

I am blessed by your family as well. You are a great dad and husband and I thank God for each of your family! May God bless you with joy and hope all the days of your life.
