One of the scariest parts of parenting is something that there is no control over and that is what kinds of friends your kid chooses. And it can shape and affect him forever. As I am going to all these graduation events I am reminded of how much our friends shape our journey to who we become. I am so blessed by the people that Clayton calls friends…I pray that each one will continue to be good friends bringing out the best in each other.
I am so proud of who they are and how they have loved him.
It’s been a great adventure! Now go make a new one!
Yep! True words, my friend…In fact, I have the very BEST friend of all in the whole world….she has enriched, enlightened, encouraged, tolerated, and laughed with me for over 36 years now and I cherish her the most of all! I wouldn’t trade her for the whole earth!
