Life as Thank you 18
I am writing thank you notes each week in 2016 to let people know how grateful I am for them. Â And in honor of your birthday I thought I would take this opportunity to let you know how thankful I am for you. Â I remember when I first met you after the service at Christ Church when you were a student at TIU and then got to know you better when you started serving with junior high Wild Kingdom. Â I was so humbled when you asked me to mentor you and we began an amazing journey of friendship together that continues to bless me.
I am so grateful for the memories we have made. I am still in so much awe of you, your intelligence, your beauty and your faith. Â I pray for you and Aaron regularly and it makes me so happy that when we see each other, it is like no time has passed. Â Thank you for allowing me to be part of so many important parts of your life and for showing me how grateful you are that I am in your life. Â And for caring for so many parts of mine. Â Thank you for always making the effort and for the ways you have pushed me to be closer to the Savior.
My prayer and blessing to you, Ginny:
For this reason, since the day I heard about you, IÂ have not stopped praying for you. IÂ continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of His will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and giving joyful thanks to the Father, may you know His shalom! (Col.1:9-11 – remember when we memorized this together?!)
